SpermCryo® All-round 是四倍濃縮的即用型HEPES緩衝冷凍保存液，用於在液態氮中超低溫 (-196°C) 冷凍人類精液。
Composition:
SpermCryo® All-round is a HEPES buffered freezing medium for human sperm. It contains 26,7% glycerol in order to protect the sperm from damage due to the freezing process and it contains 0,4% HSA.
Quality control:
- pH: 7,20 – 7,90 (Release criteria 7,20 – 7,60 )
- Sterility test by the current pH. Eur. 2.6.1 / USP <71>: No growth
- Endotoxin: < 0,25 EU/ml
- Human Serum Albumin: 3,2 - 4,8 g/l
- Sperm Survival Test (4h exposure): ≥ 80%
- Certificate of Analysis available upon request.
