EC6S 為每個chamber提供獨立的溫度控制，精度為±0.1℃和獨立氣體供應。流向培養箱的預熱氣流使EC6S能夠更快地恢復溫度和氣體水平。培養箱內的加熱蓋可防止冷凝並增強溫度快速恢復，且具有獨特的觀察窗，無需打開培養箱便能觀察內部。
